Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ReadyDar collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use the ReadyDar website, the ReadyDar mobile application, and the guest check-in links we generate on behalf of hosts (together, the "Platform").

ReadyDar is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, except where stated otherwise in section 4.
This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
1. Who this policy covers
ReadyDar handles personal data belonging to three different groups of people:
- Hosts — property owners and managers who hold a ReadyDar account, along with any co-hosts or staff members they invite to their team.
- Cleaners — people who register on ReadyDar to receive cleaning work.
- Guests — people staying at a host's property who complete an online check-in through a link sent to them by their host. Guests do not create a ReadyDar account.
What we collect differs for each group. Sections 2 and 3 set this out. If you are a guest, section 4 is particularly relevant: your host, not ReadyDar, decides what to ask you for and why.
2. Personal data we collect
From hosts and their team members
- First and last name, email address and telephone number.
- Your password, which is stored only as a cryptographic hash and is never readable by us.
- Your properties: name, street address, city, access and entry instructions, house rules, check-in and check-out times, and nightly rate.
- Operational records you create: bookings, cleaning schedules, expenses, notes and uploaded property photos.
- Your subscription plan, billing period and payment records.
- For co-hosts and staff: name, email address, assigned role and the permissions granted to them by the account owner.
From cleaners
- First and last name, email address and telephone number.
- Profile details: a short biography, years of experience, the cities you cover and your weekly availability.
- A profile photograph and a photograph of your identity document, used to verify you before you are matched with work.
- Your device’s geographic location, collected when you update your location in the app and when you check in at a property, so that jobs near you can be found and so that attendance can be evidenced.
- Your job history, completed work, earnings and any commission balance owed.
From guests
When a host sends you a check-in link, we collect the information that host has chosen to request, which typically includes:
- Full name and nationality.
- Passport or national identity card number, together with a photograph of that document.
- Email address and telephone number.
- Your expected arrival and departure dates.
- Where the host requires a rental contract, your handwritten electronic signature and a stored copy of the contract you signed.
Identity documents are treated as sensitive. Section 5 explains how they are stored and who can see them.
Collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, device type, operating system and application version.
- Server logs recording requests made to the Platform, used for security and troubleshooting.
- Browser local storage used to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your chosen language.
Meta Pixel (only if you accept)
On our public website pages — the home page, sign-up, log-in, password reset and email confirmation pages, and our legal pages — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how visitors who come from our advertising find ReadyDar and whether they go on to create an account. It runs only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. When it runs, Meta receives the page visited, your browser and device details, your IP address, a Meta cookie identifier, and the steps you reach (for example, that an account was created or an email confirmed). We never send Meta your name, email address, phone number, or anything you enter inside the app, and the Pixel never runs inside the host, cleaner or admin areas or on guest check-in pages. Meta also processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Received from connected services
If a host connects their Airbnb or Booking.com account through our channel-management partner, we receive reservation data for that host's listings. This includes reservation dates, the guest's name and telephone number where the platform provides it, listing details and payout amounts.
3. Why we use personal data, and on what basis
We use personal data only for the purposes below.
- To provide the Platform — creating and maintaining your account, synchronising reservations, scheduling cleanings, generating check-in links and producing reports. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To verify identity — checking cleaner identity documents before work is assigned, and passing guest registration details to the host who requested them. Basis: performance of a contract, and compliance with the legal obligations that apply to accommodation providers in Morocco.
- To evidence work carried out — cleaning reports pair each photograph with the time and the location at which it was taken, so that a host has proof a property was cleaned if a guest or booking platform disputes it. Basis: our legitimate interest, and that of hosts, in being able to resolve disputes.
- To communicate with you — sending account emails, check-in links, and WhatsApp messages to guests and cleaners about an upcoming stay or job. Basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
- To take payment — processing subscription payments and keeping records of them. Basis: performance of a contract and compliance with accounting obligations.
- To keep the Platform secure — detecting and investigating abuse, fraud and technical faults. Basis: legitimate interest.
We do not sell personal data. Apart from the optional Meta Pixel on our public pages described in Section 2 (used only with your consent, to measure our advertising), we do not use personal data for advertising or profiling, and nothing you enter in the Platform is ever used for advertising.
4. The relationship between ReadyDar and hosts
For guest data collected through a check-in link, the host is the party that decides what is asked for and what is done with it. ReadyDar provides the software and stores the data on that host's behalf.
In practice this means that if you are a guest and you want your data corrected or erased, you may contact either us or your host. We will act on your request and, where appropriate, tell your host that you have made it. Where the host is independently required to keep guest registration records under Moroccan law, that obligation applies to them regardless of any request made to us.
Cleaner profile information, including your photograph and verification status, is visible to hosts on the Platform so they can decide whether to book you. Your identity document itself is not shown to hosts.
5. Identity documents and cleaning photographs
Photographs of passports, national identity cards and cleaner identity documents are stored separately from ordinary content, in a private storage bucket that is not publicly readable. They cannot be opened from a plain link. Access happens through short-lived signed URLs generated only for a user who is entitled to see that specific record.
A guest's identity document is available to the host who issued that check-in link, and to ReadyDar staff where necessary for support, security or a legal request. A cleaner's identity document is available only to ReadyDar staff carrying out verification.
Cleaning report photographs carry the coordinates and the time at which they were captured. This is the point of the feature: the record is meant to be verifiable. Anyone given a verification link for a report can see the photographs and their timestamps, so treat that link as confidential.
6. Who we share personal data with
We share personal data only with the service providers we need in order to run the Platform, and only to the extent required. Our providers are bound by contract to process data on our instructions.
- Hospitable — synchronises reservations, guest names and payout data from Airbnb and Booking.com for hosts who connect those accounts.
- Amazon Web Services — stores uploaded photographs and documents. Storage is located in the European Union (Stockholm region).
- Render — hosts the application and the database.
- Resend — delivers transactional email such as account verification and team invitations.
- Meta Platforms — delivers WhatsApp messages to guests and cleaners through the WhatsApp Business API.
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — only if you accept tracking in the cookie banner, measures visits to and sign-ups from our public website pages (see Section 2).
- Payment gateways — subscription payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's own page and are never received or stored by ReadyDar. We retain only the transaction reference, amount, currency and status.
We will also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a competent authority, and where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
7. International transfers
ReadyDar operates from Morocco, while several of the providers listed above store or process data in the European Union and the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside Morocco, we rely on the protections offered by our providers' contractual commitments, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where those apply.
8. How long we keep personal data
- Account data — for as long as the account is open, and for up to 12 months after closure so that the account can be restored if closure was a mistake, unless you ask us to erase it sooner.
- Guest check-in records, including identity document photographs and signed contracts — retained for the period the host needs them to meet their own legal record-keeping obligations. A host can ask us to delete an individual check-in record at any time.
- Cleaning reports and their photographs — retained while the associated property remains on the account, because their purpose is to be available if a dispute arises later.
- Payment and invoicing records — retained for the period required by Moroccan accounting and tax law.
- Server and security logs — retained for a short period and then overwritten.
When a retention period ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Deleting a file also removes it from our storage provider.
9. Security
- All traffic between your device and the Platform is encrypted using TLS.
- Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes.
- Identity documents and other private files are held in a non-public storage bucket and served only through short-lived signed links.
- Access within a host account is limited by role: a host decides which sections a co-host or staff member can open.
- Administrative access is restricted to named ReadyDar staff.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
10. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in applicable law, you have the right to:
- Be told what personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Have your data erased where there is no continuing lawful reason for us to keep it.
- Object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest, and to withdraw any consent you have given.
- Ask us to restrict how we use your data while a dispute about it is resolved.
- Receive the data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used format.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@readydar.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose someone else's data to the wrong person.
If you are in Morocco and you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP). If you are in the European Union, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
11. Closing your account and deleting your data
You can ask us to close your ReadyDar account and delete the personal data associated with it at any time by emailing support@readydar.com from the address registered to the account. The full steps, and exactly which data is deleted or kept, are on our account deletion page.
We will confirm the request, close the account and erase the associated data, except for records we are required to retain — principally payment and invoicing records kept for tax purposes, and any guest registration records a host must retain under Moroccan law. Anything retained on that basis is kept only for as long as the obligation lasts and is not used for any other purpose.
If you are a guest rather than an account holder, you do not have an account to close. You may ask for the check-in record you submitted to be erased using the same address above.
12. Children
The Platform is intended for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 as a user. Where a guest registers other members of their party, including minors travelling with them, that information is provided by the adult making the booking and is handled as part of that guest's check-in record.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Platform develops or as the law requires. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your personal data, we will tell account holders by email or through the Platform before it takes effect.
14. Contact
For any question about this policy or about how your personal data is handled, contact us at support@readydar.com or on +212 766 95 15 89.
